The institution was launched through managing the private property of the institution owner like an apartment building and a group of warehouses, through leasing and management of these properties and in a short period the institution managed to perfecting the process of leasing, management and dealing with cases like bouncing checks, issues of evacuation, follow-up committees private disputes rental and enterprise features to be able to provide suitable tenants to the lessor without any damage to or property distortion.

Over the years the Foundation expand its activities to management of property of other clients through management contracts and leasing of the property over the entire area of ​​Dubai and the development of the institution to become the real estate development was investing certain regions in the Emirate of Dubai through the investment and development of some land and build new properties, warehouses, offices, workers housing and commercial buildings, villas, purchasing land in free zones.
